Gee,a big thanks to my dearest cousin Huihui for commenting abt my post abt the china trip. =D
Here goes my 2nd update!
Day 3 - 3rd JuneWent to dunno-the-name-of-the-place early in the morning. It's in Wuxi. We were still in Wuxi on the 3rd morning, before proceeding to Suzhou in the afternoon. Anyway. There i was, posing in front of the entrance.

It looks like a temple right? BUT,it's not exactly a temple. The interior is quite big, with small gardens.
This is a 榉jǔ 树:
In the olden days, when a son is born into a family, the family plants this kind of tree in their garden. Whenever passers-by walk past the house, they will know that a baby boy has been born into the family. Er.....i cannot rem what tree did the people plant if a baby girl was born. Oops. BUT i can rem it's a tree that is still commonly found nowadays.
Next,we went to 三囯城 (Three Kingdoms Park),the filming site of the TV drama <<三囯演义>>. OMG,the two "soldiers" standing outside the gate looked so fake. From far,i thought they were mannequins. Even an auntie who was walking beside me thought they were mannequins and said to me,"Fake de la!" But as we walked nearer,we realised the soldiers were moving. Hoho. What a surprise the "soldiers" gave me and that auntie! Take a look!
Below: A performance abt a certain war or sth. Cant rem.
Below: 刘备. Or rather, someone acting as 刘备. He's not looking at the camera. Tsk.
Emperor's chair:
At this place, tourists can put on olden-day clothes and take photos, albeit at a cost. A few aunties and an uncle from my tour group were spontaneous enough to put on the clothes and had a taste of being the Emperor and Empress Dowager. I must say, they looked fabulous in the clothes! =)
Alright,next is Suzhou.
The first place we visited in Suzhou was Hanshan Temple. Think u might have heard of it in drama serials or sth.

After which,we went to Qilishantang Street. It's just a short stretch of road on where u can see olden-day houses built along the riverbanks.

After this we went for dinner and shopping. Nothing much to talk about except that i finally found a shop selling my favourite beverage - coffee, after much walking and nua-ing around. Just nice,as soon as i bought my coffee,we had to gather and go back to hotel. Ahaha.
Day 4 - 4th JuneWent to 2 parks in Suzhou. Nothing much to say and not many photos to post,as the 2 parks are almost similar. Oh,take a look at how cool the weather was then:

Yes,we went to a silk factory too. Watched a fashion show there and of course, bought silk stuff there. All the people in my tour group bought LOADS of silk blankets, quilt covers etc except for my mum and i. We only bought ONE silk blanket and a cover for it. OMG. You shld have seen how many the others bought! i think mum and i were the poorest or rather, thriftiest there. hahaha.
Anyway,do u know where silk comes from?
Easy. See below:

Before we left Suzhou,we took a "cruise" on a small boat. The people rowing these boats are all elderly women. They have such strong arms! And they can sing well too!
The ah-ma rowing the boat:
I took a 1-minute video of her singing. Will try to upload the video if i can.
After a few hours on the coach,we reached Hangzhou. First place we went to was...erm...i realised i don't know what it is called. Hee. Pictures below.

See the pagoda somewhere in the middle? It's Leifeng Pagoda, the place where White Snake was pinned underneath.
After that,we went for dinner and then watched a performance. WOW. I must say,the performance was fantastic! The acrobatic stunts, stories and all. A particular kid caught mum's and my attention. He's like, the youngest in the troupe and the cutest. Haha.
Cute boy with cute hairstyle and costume:

End of Day 4. =D
The oriental-style hotel room in Hangzhou:
I love the decor of this hotel room and also,it's the FIRST hotel that provides 3-in-1 coffee. I mean,it was already Day 4 and finally,i found a hotel room which provides my favourite beverage. The first 3 hotels were so stingy. They only had green tea and red tea! DUH! However, this is also the
smallest hotel room that i have ever stayed in in my days of travelling.
Ok,i think this entry is the longest that i have ever posted. But before i stop, take a look at the picture below. Tell me what's ur response after looking and reading. Someone burst out laughing upon seeing the picture. i hope u understand what u are reading, though. Dun understand, nvm. Not ur fault.
